The Barrington High School boys soccer team split against league foes last week. The Eagles defeated Central 4-0 on Saturday, Sept. 6 and lost to Hendricken 1-0 on Tuesday, Sept. 9.

George Zhukov scored two goals to lead Barrington against Central. Beck Capizzo and Jack Luttrell also scored goals, while Evan Memoli, Ollie Cope and Merritt Berbiglia each tallied assists. Liam Helfrich notched the shutout in goal, making three saves against the Knights. Helfrich stopped five out of six shots he faced in the Hendricken game, but the Eagles’ offense was unable to find the back of the Hawks’ net.

Barrington was schedule to play at Pawtucket on Friday at 6:30 p.m. and at Portsmouth on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 6:30 p.m.
