Residents at a Middlesbrough care home are proving age is no barrier to having fun with their series of viral TikTok videos.
One hilarious video on the social media platform shows staff and residents at Roseleigh Care Home changing roles while others show residents dancing and performing actions to much-loved hits. To their amazement, one has amassed more than 1.6m views and counting.
The videos were the brainchild of wellbeing co-ordinator Maya Harker. The 21-year-old, from Middlesbrough , who has worked at the 50-bed Lytton Road care home for almost three years, said: "Some of the residents don't have a lot of family and when you tell them there are millions of people all over the world who have watched them dance and have said this and that in the comments, they love it."
