ATHENS, Ala. (WHNT) -- The Limestone County Coroner's Office says a motorcyclist was killed in a wreck.

According to the coroner's office, the crash happened on Highway 72 and Lucas Ferry Road in Athens.

Officials said the wreck was between a car and the motorcycle.

The Athens Police Department is investigating.
