ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. —

Two people were taken to the hospital, and a suspect was later found dead following a stabbing in Robinson Township Sunday morning.

Allegheny County police said in a post that officials responded to a reported stabbing in the 100 block of K Row just after 8 a.m. Advertisement

When first responders arrived at the scene, they said a juvenile was found with multiple stab wounds. They were taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition, according to police.

An adult woman was also found with multiple lacerations and was treated at the hospital for minor injuries. Allegheny County police are investigating.

Preliminary information, officials said in the post, showed an adult man, known to the victims, had entered the residence and stabbed them.
