Browns All-Pro right tackle Jack Conklin inactive for the Ravens game; RB Quinshon Judkins active and will make his NFL debut

BALTIMORE — Browns All-Pro right tackle Jack Conklin tested out his injured right elbow before Sunday’s game against the Ravens, and it wasn’t ready for duty.

In a somewhat surprising pre-game development, Conklin was ruled inactive for the game because of the elbow, and will be replaced by veteran Cornelius Lucas.
