GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - The Voice for Companion Animals is helping families spay and neuter their pets at a low cost.

The Voice for Companion Animals hosted a tailgate on Saturday. The group had food trucks, 107.7 FM was live from the event, plus a silent auction to help raise fund for their new spay and neuter program.

“We are a nonprofit, so we are investing in our community.” said Robyn Mays, the executive director of the Voice for Companion Animals.

This program helps low-income families come to the VCA and apply to get a cost reduction for their pets to be spayed or neutered.
