Manchester United were handed a humiliating defeat in the Manchester derby on Sunday, falling 3-0 to rivals Manchester City. ‌

Phil Foden gave the home team the lead at the 18-minute mark, directing Jeremy Doku's pull-back past Altay Bayindir . Erling Haaland increased the lead shortly after half time and nearly made it 3-0 moments later but somehow hit the post with an open goal. ‌
