The Buffalo Bills lead the New York Jets 20-3 at the half. Buffalo has played dominant yet slightly flat football through 30 minutes, controlling the line of scrimmage while offering the Jets a physical counter to their own dominant defensive ways. Just as it looked like the Bills would give up more points to the Jets as the half came to a close, the defense stiffened just enough to force a punt that allowed Buffalo to kneel the half out on offense.

The Bills and quarterback Josh Allen have struggled a bit to get things going through the air, instead finding most of their success on the ground.
