The San Francisco 49ers are running out of healthy bodies.

Six quarters into the 2025 season, and the 49ers have seen a rash of injuries take out some of their top offensive stars including quarterback Brock Purdy, wide receivers Jauan Jennings, Jacob Watkins, and Jacob Cowing, plus tight end George Kittle.

And now, San Francisco will be without another of its top offensive stars for the second half of Sunday's matchup against the New Orleans Saints after it was revealed fullback Kyle Juszczyk was ruled out after exiting in the first quarter.
