SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Public Library is commemorating Hispanic Heritage Month with multiple events planned for the next several weeks.

Almost everyday until October 18, one of the city's libraries will host events, celebrations, and experiences that highlight Latin American cultures and influences.

Many of the events are free and kid-friendly with the library providing supplies, snacks and refreshments.

Some of the recurring events include the Zenith of Zeigarnik exhibit, which is SAPL's first augmented reality exhibit on display through October 15. In the exhibit, artist Miguel Rodriguez explores personal and geographic memory through reimagined drawings, 3-D modeling, sculpting, and volumetric photogrammetry.
