A wanted fugitive was arrested Wednesday after he was allegedly found in possession of a loaded handgun and crack cocaine, the Atlantic County Sheriff's Office said.

Dahmir Fuller-Faulkner, of Pleasantville, was charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of hollow-point ammunition, possession of a high-capacity magazine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and obstruction.

He was sent to the Atlantic County jail pending court.

Detectives were conducting warrant service about 7 p.m. when they spotted Fuller-Faulkner, who was wanted on five warrants for failing to appear in court on charges including possession of CDS, distribution of CDS, robbery and employing a juvenile during the commission of a crime, the Sheriff
