Bodycare has announced the closure of another 30 of its UK shops after the company collapsed into administration earlier this month. Administrators for the high street beauty chain said it was no longer viable to keep all the stores open due to stock shortages and operating costs .
The latest closures come on top of the 32 announced on September 5. It means 85 stores will remain open while administrators pursue a possible buyer for the business.
No Teesside stores were on the first list of closures, but it has now been confirmed that Thornaby will close on Tuesday, and Redcar will close on Thursday.
