Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Monday after the latest round of trade talks in Madrid that the two countries have reached a “framework” deal for TikTok. “We are not going to talk about the commercial terms of the deal,” Bessent said, according to the Associated Press. “It’s between two private parties. But the commercial terms have been agreed upon.”
