Israel leveled Gaza City’s tallest high-rise on Monday, turning the 20-story Al-Ghefari Tower into rubble in a massive strike. The IDF said it warned residents to clear out before the hit, claiming Hamas had set up terror infrastructure in and around the building. Once home to media outlets and businesses, the tower had also been sheltering displaced people, according to local reports. It’s the latest in a string of demolitions as Israel pounds Gaza City.
