Assault

On September 13 at 3:32 p.m., Belleville Police responded to a call regarding a domestic disturbance in the city’s east end. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a female who reported that she had been assaulted by a male. As a result, a 43-year-old Belleville man was located, arrested, and charged with assault and uttering threats. He was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in October.
