STEVENS POINT, Wis. (WSAW) - A second person has been arrested in connection with an Amber Alert case in Portage County.

Portage County District Attorney Cass Cousins confirmed to NewsChannel 7 that 31-year-old Chelsie Lehmann is facing charges related to the disappearance of Ruby Lehmann, which prompted an Amber Alert last week. Cousins says Chelsie Lehmann is the child’s biological mother. She was booked into the Portage County Jail on charges of aiding a felon and obstructing an officer.

Last Thursday, Ruby Lehmann was reported missing from her grandmother’s home in Almond. An Amber Alert was issued Thursday night. Ruby’s family told investigators her uncle, 34-year-old Jordan Coyle, had taken her from her grandmother’s house.
