The city of Toledo’s Administrative Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously upheld the notice of noncompliance posted outside a South Toledo property that formerly housed a mining operation.

Of the members present, the board voted 4-0 not to rescind a city-issued notice of noncompliance at Reale Marsh, which is owned and operated by Rocky Ridge Development LLC. Christy Soncrant, the city’s commissioner of engineering, Toledo City Council President Carrie Hartman, and board member DeVon Overton were not present at the meeting and were excused from the vote.
