Vermonters asked to report drought impacts

State agencies are looking for information on the drought, asking Vermonters to report everything from crop losses to dry wells.

Dr. Lesley-Ann Dupigny-Giroux, professor of geography at the University of Vermont and chairwoman of the Vermont Drought Task Force, said Monday that individuals experiencing negative impacts of the drought should report them to bit.ly/915Drought . The state also has a drought reporting site, anr.vermont.gov/disaster/drought .
