LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Kentucky’s Office of Homeland Security collaborated with Lexington’s Shiloh Baptist Church for an interfaith security meeting addressing the safety concerns of worshippers.
The purpose of the meeting was to talk about resources the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security can bring to houses of worship and make those sacred places more resilient to outside threats.
In Lexington, two months ago, a gunman shot and killed members of Richmond Road Baptist Church .
