ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A woman is facing charges for a drive-by shooting near an Albuquerque school. According to a criminal complaint, Shawnna Boardman told police she was looking for her stolen motorcycle last Monday evening when she confronted a man and woman near McCollum Elementary School.

Police said Boardman was seen on surveillance video shooting a gun in the air. She claims she fired the gun on accident. Boardman was arrested but is no longer in custody.
