RIPON, Wis. (WBAY) - Sentencing has been set for the former Ripon boys basketball coach, accused of sexual misconduct with a student.
On Monday in court, Mihai Schnell-Harrison pleaded no contest to four of the seven counts against him, including sexual assault of a student, exposing himself to a child, causing mental harm, and child abuse, with intent to cause harm.
All four charges are felonies for which the court found him guilty of.
The other three charges he was facing have since been dismissed.
Schnell-Harrison will be back in court for sentencing on December 19.
