COBB COUNTY, Ga. — The Cobb County School District has placed several educators on administrative leave after receiving complaints about social media posts that appeared to celebrate the recent death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

The disciplinary action comes after parents and other teachers flagged the posts, which were allegedly made by district employees. The district confirmed that it received complaints describing the comments as “inappropriate” and “disruptive.”
