AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Having a 2-1 record is likely the only thing keeping Arch Manning in the race for the Heisman Trophy, but if you watch the tape from the Longhorns' 27-10 win against UTEP, it's not a surprise that oddsmakers increased Manning's odds from +1300 to +3500.
