LOUISVILLE, Ky. — In 1926, Fred Schmidt created the iconic Hot Brown sandwich at Louisville’s Brown Hotel . Just in time for the 151st running of the Kentucky Derby, the Brown Hotel announced it’s teaming up with Wisconsin Cheese . New specialty cheeses will be featured at the hotel’s Lobby Bar & Grill.

Chef de Cuisine Paul Crepey developed the collaborative menu, and these specials will be featured throughout the month of May.
