EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Michigan State offensive players and coaches spoke to the media on Tuesday to preview the Spartans’ matchup vs. No. 25 USC.

Michigan State is considered a two-touchdown underdog heading into its first road game of the year and Big Ten opener at USC.

Head coach Jonathan Smith said Monday that the status of some of the Spartans’ offensive starters is in question for Saturday.

Most notably, starting running back Makhi Frazier and No. 1 wide receiver Nick Marsh are dealing with lower-body injuries suffered in the Spartans’ win over Youngstown State.

Michigan State vs. USC kicks off at 11 p.m. at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Saturday, Sept. 20.
