SAYRE, Pa. (WETM) – An Endicott man has been arrested on drug charges following an incident that occurred at a gas station in Sayre on Saturday.

James F. Rosh II, 48, was arrested on Saturday, Sept. 13, on the following charges, as stated in a release from the Pennsylvania State Police: • Manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver (felony) • Intentionally possessing a controlled substance by a person not registered/licensed • Use/possession of drug paraphernalia

Officials say the incident occurred when a patrolling officer with the Sayre Borough Police Department noticed a man acting suspiciously at the Dandy Mini Mart on Spring Street in Sayre Borough just before 8 p.m. on Saturday.
