The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Oliver Tosi who is missing and was last seen at 9:50 a.m. Sept. 13 in the area of Lindsay and Southern in Mesa.

He was wearing an ROTC shirt, black and white basketball shorts and red Crocs.

Tosi is a white male with brown hair and eyes, stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 260 pounds.
