HAPEVILLE, Ga. — A man is in custody after unreleased music that was stolen from a vehicle belonging to Beyoncé in July.

The incident happened in a parking deck on Krog Street on July 8 , two days before her first "Cowboy Carter" tour stop in Atlanta.

Police said two people claiming to be on Beyonce's team discovered the back window of their black Jeep Wagoneer had been smashed, and two suitcases were missing after they returned to it.

An incident report stated the stolen items included: jump drives with unreleased music, footage plans for the show, past and future set lists, two laptops, designer sunglasses, clothes and Apple AirPods Max headphones.
