CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) -- A Charleston County magistrate judge has been suspended from his duties, according to a state Supreme Court order released Tuesday.
James B. Gosnell, Jr. was suspended after the court said it received "credible information" that his continued service "poses a substantial threat of serious harm to the public and the administration of justice."
