BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - THE NEXT 24 HOURS : It’s been 49 days since these abnormally dry conditions started, and now we’re seeing stages of moderate to severe drought.

We are tracking a few isolated showers on radar, but very isolated rain coverage is about all we’ll see through Wednesday.

We will see another nice drop in temperatures tonight, with lows in the middle 60s. Other than a stray shower or two on Wednesday, the sky will be partly to mostly sunny, with highs in the lows 90s. The wind will be northwest at 5 to 10 mph.
