A new show is examining a missing person case that shook Northeast Florida in 2018, and is taking viewers through the investigative process that ultimately led to a conviction.
In the second episode of “50 Ways to Catch a Killer,” which is hosted by rapper and entrepreneur Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, the show dives into the case of Joleen Cummings, a mother from Yulee who went missing during Mother’s Day weekend seven years ago.
The episode, titled “Untangle the Lies,” is a nod to Cummings’ work as a hair stylist in Fernandina Beach, where she worked alongside Kimberly Kessler, who was convicted of killing Cummings in 2022.
