The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office said it arrested a teen early Sunday morning after learning that they had made threats toward people attending a vigil for Charlie Kirk, the conservative activist who was killed after he was shot during an event at a college campus in Utah.

SJSO said the teen posted a story to her Snapchat account with a screenshot that had text written over it, which said, “unt unt not on my bday” and “whoever goes is getting shot up,” referring to the vigil for Kirk.

Deputies said the post was reported to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. During an interview with the teen, law enforcement says they admitted to disagreeing with Kirk’s views, specifically his stance on gun violence.
