OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Volleyball fans turned out in full force to watch the Huskers-Bluejays “Battle of I-80″ match on Tuesday night.
With 17,675 in attendance, the sold-out crowd hit the all-time NCAA record for the largest regular-season, volleyball-only indoor crowd. The previous attendance record was a 2023 matchup in Milwaukee, when Marquette hosted Wisconsin before 17,037 fans at Fiserv Forum.
