FIT CHECK: WCSO OFFERS CAR SEAT SAFETY CHECKS —Jonesborough, TN. Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies will offer to check the fit on your child’s car seat from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Sept. 17. Deputies who are Certified Car Seat Technicians will be in the front parking lot at the Sheriff’s Office (112 W. Jackson Blvd., Jonesborough, TN.) to make sure car seats are installed correctly. The event is part of Child Passenger Safety Month. Anyone who cannot attend this event can always call 423-788-1414 and schedule a time to have a car seat checked.
