Police have launched an investigation after the human remains of a missing Glasgow man were found on the shore of Loch Lomond.

On Saturday, September 13, officers were called to the Rubha Dubh, near Firkin Point after a member of the public made the discovery.

The remains have been identified as belonging to 38-year-old Graham Wright , who had previously been reported missing in August. Police say the death is being treated as unexplained.

His family have been informed and they are being supported by specially trained officers.

Graham was reported missing on Monday, August 25, after last being seen around noon on Wednesday, August 20, on Cumbernauld Street.

He may also have been in the same area on Friday, September 5, at around 9.30am.
