SAGINAW COUNTY, MI — Motorists traveling on M-13 in Saginaw County will encounter construction activity starting Monday, Sept. 22, as the Michigan Department of Transportation launches a resurfacing project.
The $2.5 million investment will cover more than eight miles of M-13, from M-57 to Fry Road, across Birch Run and Bridgeport Township, near Montrose. The project includes milling and resurfacing, concrete joint repairs and new pavement markings, state officials said.
During construction, which is scheduled to continue through mid-November, traffic will be maintained with single-lane closures and flagging operations, state officials said.
