A Massachusetts State Lottery player claimed the $500,000 top prize in the lottery’s “ Big Blue Bonus Cashword ” game on Tuesday, converting 1 in 3.78 million odds in the process.
The winning ticket was sold at AAA Grocery in Dorchester. Two $500,000 prizes remain in the $5 game, of a total of four.
Additionally, four $100,000 prizes were won or claimed on Tuesday, including three top prize winners in “ Mass Cash .” The $100,000 prize claimed Tuesday was in the lottery’s “ $100,000 Max Winnings ” game.
The winning “Mass Cash” tickets were sold at a Cumberland Farms in Norton, 76 Food Mart in Leominster and La Peraviana Market in Roxbury. “Mass Cash” costs just $1 to play, and drawings are held twice a day.
