ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A recent study by WalletHub ranked the best coffee cities in America. Coffee can be found everywhere, from the workplace to chain and local shops around cities and towns. WalletHub compared the 100 largest cities across 12 key metrics. Metrics include coffee shops, coffee houses and cafés per capita, the average price per pack of coffee, percentage of coffee drinkers, coffee manufacturers per capita and more.
New Mexico ranked in the top half of the list, coming in at 39 overall. No other New Mexico city made the list. Nearby cities also made the list with El Paso ranked 80, Lubbock was listed at 96, Phoenix landed at 31 and Denver was ranked 15.
