Two Honduran nationals appeared in federal court in Portland yesterday (Tuesday), after their extradition from their homeland to the U.S. for conspiring to distribute fentanyl in Oregon.

According to court documents, at the beginning of 2022, Teodoro Rodas Dubon (32) directed and controlled the distribution of bulk quantities of fentanyl throughout the Portland area.
