Focus on the breath. Do not try to control it. Let the thoughts pass through you. Focus on the breath. The triangle above your lip and into your nostril. Observe the subtle sensations on your body. Focus on the breath. Try not to have thoughts, but welcome them if they come.

Do this everyday for 10 days for several hours a day.

You must stay silent for the entirety of the course. Try not to make eye contact with your fellow meditators. You will become ghosts, drifting through the small parcel of land in this isolated corner of Texas.

You will adhere to the principles of Dhamma , introduced by Buddha and taught by S.N. Goenka. There will only be meditation: You will not kill, steal, lie, participate in sexual activities or consume
