Prince George County police have arrested and charged the driver of a vehicle involved in a Tuesday morning crash that killed two people.

Police said the crash happened at approximately 8:23 a.m. on Route 460 in the 8200 block of County Drive. Officers said a vehicle heading west had veered off the road, hit a tree and overturned. Two passengers were pronounced dead at the scene.

On Wednesday, police identified the victims as Victoria Crawford, 33, of Chesapeake, and Michael Jackson, 35, of Hampton.

Police said the driver of the vehicle, Timothy Falcone, 49, of Suffolk, was taken to Southside Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. After Falcone was cleared by medical staff, police took him into custody and charged him with two counts of involuntary manslaughter and one misdemeanor
