HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — The 250th anniversary of the United States is next year, and people were celebrating today in the Midstate.

America250PA's Countdown to 250 Mobile Experiential Unit stopped by Penn State Harrisburg on Tuesday, with all sorts of activities, including augmented reality, trivia, and even a storytelling booth.

Organizers said the event helps participants reflect on the past and prepare for the future.
