WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) -- The Trumbull County 911 Center will be requesting proposals for the lease of office space for a renovated 911 dispatch center.

This comes after Trumbull County Commissioners unanimously voted to authorize the RFP Wednesday.

A feasibility study had identified the second floor of the Trumbull County Combined Health District Building in Cortland as an ideal location for the 911 center.

During Tuesday's workshop meeting, assistant prosecutor Bill Danso told the board the issue of sending it out to bid arose when providing the space at the health district for free transitioned to a lease.
