TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - A federal grand jury in Tucson has indicted Allman Rivas, 36, from Menagers Dam on the Tohono O’odham Nation, on charges involving a minor victim.

According to the indictment, between June 26 and July 19, 2025, Rivas allegedly sent inappropriate messages and photos to a minor via Facebook, attempting to lure her for sexual encounters. He also reportedly offered financial incentives for sexual acts and made threats when the minor refused.

Rivas faces charges including Attempted Coercion and Enticement, Transfer of Obscene Material to Minors, and Attempted Sex Trafficking of a Minor by Force, Fraud, or Coercion, and Sexual Extortion, according to a press release.

These charges carry severe penalties, with potential life imprisonment and significant fines.
