LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Three teenagers are facing charges after a shooting early Monday morning that left one teen dead and two others hurt at a Las Vegas basketball court, police say.

In an arrest report obtained by FOX5, police say Jose Juarez and another male attempted to rob two people, a male and a female, as they sat on a bench at East Family Park around 1 a.m. Monday. When the male refused to give them anything, police say shots were fired.

The male from the bench was shot in the face and abdomen and died on the basketball court, the report says. The female was struck in the chest with bullet fragments and sustained an injury to her right wrist.
