OMAHA, Neb. —

One of the teens accused in a north Omaha shooting agreed to a plea deal in the case.

Eh Khu pleaded no contest to two counts of second-degree assault in the shooting, which injured three people.

Investigators said a family disturbance led to the incident in December 2024.

One of the teens set up a meeting with one of the victims, then got out of a car, wearing a mask and carrying metal bats and a gun, according to investigators.

Omaha police chased and disabled a car driven by the suspects after they allegedly beat two victims with their fists and metal bats, causing a third victim to pull out a gun.

Investigators said one of the victims, 22-year-old Jazlynn Espinoza, pulled out her gun to defend her husband, 20-year-old Saw Htoo.
