KINGSTREE, S.C. (WCSC) - A Williamsburg man will stay behind bars after his consideration for bond was denied for a second time.

Raymond Wilborn was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime following a shooting in the early hours of Thanksgiving Day in 2024.

Kingstree Police say officers responded to a shooting incident on South Longstreet Street just before 5 a.m.

Travon Hamilton, 29, of Kingstree, was identified as the victim lying in the roadway suffering from gunshot wounds.

Defense Attorney Charles Barr defended Wilborn’s case back in February . Wilborn was denied bond.

Barr defended Wilborn on Wednesday morning to reconsider a possible bond.
