SARATOGA SPRINGS – The arts community collectively wears a heavy heart this week.

"Sad news in the artist community. A beloved member of the staff at Caffe Lena, Mr. Joel Moss, passed away [Monday] evening," council member Dillon Moran announced during a city meeting in Saratoga Springs on Tuesday night.
