Charities and councillors have spoken out about the "worrying" incident, which saw the animal tethered to the middle of a roundabout just off the A46, near Bingham .
First seen on Sunday, September 14, various concerned drivers have contacted Nottinghamshire Live after spotting the animal in the concerning situation on their commutes.
But why was the horse left to its own devices on the middle of a roundabout - and what has been done about it? Cllr Debbie Soloman, who represents the area on Rushcliffe Borough Council , said the animal belongs to Travellers who had set up on nearby lan
