PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Federal and local officials confirmed on Wednesday that Sunday’s upcoming memorial service for conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Glendale’s State Farm Stadium has been designated a “high priority” event by the Department of Homeland Security — a rare classification given to events of national importance requiring extensive security coordination.
